To maintain the quality of our products, the following items must never be used on or near the equipment;

  • GLITTER
  • PENS OF ANY KIND
  • GLOWSTICKS
  • BALLOONS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO COLLECTION AND NOT LEFT ON EQUIPMENT IF THE HIRE IS OVERNIGHT (COLOUR IN BALLOONS CAN RUN AND POTENTIALLY STAIN EQUIPMENT). FOR THIS REASON, BALLOONS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON EQUIPMENT IN WET CONDITIONS.

Failure to follow the above guidelines can damage equipment, leading to expensive repair or replacement costs, potentially amounting to thousands of pounds.

What we provide / power requirements / important information

When hiring this fabulous inflatable VIP nightclub and LED furniture, we provide the following as standard;

  • Inflatable VIP nightclub
  • Electrical fan
  • Ground stakes (outdoor hires) / sandbags (indoor hires)
  • Groundsheet(s)
  • Safe play instructions by email
  • Bluetooth music system
  • Disco light
  • Extension lead upto 25 metres
  • 2x round tables
  • 4x bucket seats
  • 8x cube seats

We require access to one 13amp (standard household) plug socket.

Please note - the equipment changes to LED colours (switch on) once surroundings are dark.

THIS INFLATABLE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE ON HARD SURFACES OUTDOORS SUCH AS CONCRETE, DECKING, ASTRO TURF. IT MUST BE HIRED ON GRASS.

THIS ITEM CANNOT BE TRANSPORTED THROUGH HOUSES, UTILITY ROOMS ETC. YOU NEED A PASSAGEWAY OF AT LEAST 33" ALL THE WAY FROM THE ENTRANCE TO THE SET UP AREA.

How to book?

Customers can book online through this product listing. This is our preferred booking method. Alternatively, if you fancy a chat with our friendly office team we take calls between 9am and 7pm every day of the week. Please be aware that due to weekends being our busiest time of the week, our office may not be fully staffed and we may not be able to take your call or enquiry. If your event is within the red circle, it falls within our standard delivery area. For locations outside this area, please contact us to inquire about booking.


Delivery & Collection Times

  • Summer (March - October): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 5pm and 8pm.
  • Winter (October - March): Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm; collection between 4pm and 7pm.
  • Overnight hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection the following day between 7:30am and 1pm.
  • Fixed time delivery and collection: Available only between 9am and 5pm (Venues only). Please allow a 60-minute window between venue hire and party times for efficient delivery and collection. Example: Venue hire from 1pm–5pm, party times 2pm–4pm.
  • Multi-day hires: Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm; collection on your selected end date between 5pm and 8pm (Summer) or 4pm and 7pm (Winter).

Please note: We are unable to provide more specific delivery and collection times than those listed above.

Winter events after 5pm: If your event is in the Winter season (October–March) and extends beyond 5pm, please contact our office team to see if we can accommodate a later collection time.


Sizing Measurements Explained

  • Unit size: This is the manufacturer's size for the product, indicating the space required on suitable surfaces (e.g., grass). Example: If the bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft, you'll need at least 12ft by 12ft of space on a grass surface. Check the size tab for specific measurements.

  • Required space: This is the space needed to safely use the equipment, free from obstacles. Example: If a bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft and requires 16ft by 16ft of space, you need at least 12ft by 12ft of clear grass plus 2ft of additional space around the unit (clear of obstacles like fences, gate posts, washing lines, etc.). Check the size tab for specific measurements.
