Staff Summer Fun Day Event in Irlam, Manchester
Today's news article will look back at one of our Summer fun days at a Manchester based, biotechnology company - Azenta Life Sciences!
Who are Azenta Life Sciences?
Azenta Life Sciences are a company that provide life sciences services including genomics, cryogenic storage, automation, and informatics.
We are delighted to have a long standing relationship with the Irlam site having covered fun days at this site every other year since 2018.
2024's Summer Fun Day
Our client at Azenta Life Sciences arranges a staff summer fun day event to cater for around 350 members of staff and their families. This fun day is held every other year and the client tends to organise this event for the first weekend of September.
There's loads of activities that are arranged for the guests including food trucks, animal petting zoos, crafts and lots more.
We provide a selection of inflatable and fun product both indoors and outdoors to entertain guests of all ages.
The event typically runs from 12pm until 4pm. Our fantastic team arrive around 9am to begin installing the equipment ready for a 12pm start time. As we have knowledge of the site and nearby power sources plus existing connections with site staff, it's a fairly straight forward task of getting equipment set up and ready to go.
This years list of activities included;
There was a good mixture of indoor and outdoor activities that could be enjoyed by everyone who attended. Thankfully, we had good weather conditions on the day so the outdoor activities could be enjoyed maximally by guests. Outside, guests could enjoy a 10ft platform colourful slide, a two piece red and black obstacle course, inflatable 3 in 1 sports stall featuring baseball, basketball and velcro darts sections, pedal go karts as well as other activities such as food tasting under our fantastic gazebos.
Indoors, our team provided fun with retro arcade machines - Pac-Man, StreetFighter and Space Invaders, an oval photobooth with company branded photo template, classic arcade fun with an air hockey table.
This years event was yet another fun filled day that was enjoyed by staff and guests alike!
