Here at SJ Leisure, we've spent the start of this working week focussing on updating our websites, both our main website (www.sjleisure.co.uk) and our satellite websites.
We're constantly listening to feedback from our customers and potential customers regarding their whole experience when hiring or looking to hire from our company. We appreciate and listen to feedback regarding all the stages of their booking and hire, from viewing our website and booking either online or by contacting our office team, to the actual hire of our products and our hire product range.
This year, we've made many changes, such as adding new products that our customers were interested in. This feedback came verbally from hires, from social media pages such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc, from telephone calls, emails and much more. We've added lots of new products this year including our amazing 'Helter Skelter inflatable slide', our ENORMOUS 'Inflatable Velcro Football Dartboard', our stunning 'Candy Mini Disco Dome' and much more!
This week, we've made changes to our website, we've adopted a 'premium layout' to our products. The difference to you, our customers, is that the website is now even easier to navigate and much more friendly on the eye. Check out the following screenshot.
There's now easy to see and navigate tabs with information including a short description of the product, additional info, sizing guides (in meters or feet - whichever you prefer (see screenshot below) ), a suitability tab i.e. suitable for kids, adults or both, suitable indoors, outdoors, hard surface, grass etc! Much more simple to view and decide which is the best product for your event!
We've also added a 'multiple day' pricing structure, so if you're looking to hire a product, say a bouncy castle for the full weekend or the full week, there's a pricing structure clearly displayed for this option!
Following numerous enquiries from potential customers, Facebook fans and more, we've also added more delivery zones and postcodes at certain times of the year!
Looking for bouncy castle hire in Chorley or inflatable assault course hire in Southport, click on a product and see if we cover your area on the selected date! We cover a larger zone during mid week hires ( Tuesday - Thursday ). Unfortunately during our peak season ( April - October ), we have to restrict our delivery zone slightly on weekends, this isn't our company simply not wanting to cover your event. It's a matter of guaranteeing that we can fulfil all of our hires and not leave any customer upset or disappointed, you can always move your party to a week day if we can't cover your area on a weekend day!
