How to book?
Customers can book online through this product listing. This is our preferred booking method. Alternatively, if you fancy a chat with our friendly office team we take calls between 9am and 7pm every day of the week. Please be aware that due to weekends being our busiest time of the week, our office may not be fully staffed and we may not be able to take your call or enquiry. If your event is within the red circle, it falls within our standard delivery area. For locations outside this area, please contact us to inquire about booking.
Please note: We are unable to provide more specific delivery and collection times than those listed above.
Winter events after 5pm: If your event is in the Winter season (October–March) and extends beyond 5pm, please contact our office team to see if we can accommodate a later collection time.
Unit size: This is the manufacturer's size for the product, indicating the space required on suitable surfaces (e.g., grass). Example: If the bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft, you'll need at least 12ft by 12ft of space on a grass surface. Check the size tab for specific measurements.
Required space: This is the space needed to safely use the equipment, free from obstacles. Example: If a bouncy castle measures 12ft by 12ft and requires 16ft by 16ft of space, you need at least 12ft by 12ft of clear grass plus 2ft of additional space around the unit (clear of obstacles like fences, gate posts, washing lines, etc.). Check the size tab for specific measurements.
